Programme

 

This 5 month long programme is all about implementation.

Each month covers a different topic related to Women’s Health. Through this programme we are learning how to “flourish” in our bodies, stay active and nurture our health and wellbeing. 

More importantly,

I will help you to take this knowledge and integrate it into your life. I will show you and guide you through this process by helping you build healthy routines and habits, which support your health, performance and menstrual cycle long term, as well as how to keep these changes part of your day-to-day life.

Each month will be focused on a different Women's Health aspect

Module 1: Nutrition Basics & Batch Cooking (March)

This module will help you to get a better concept of nutrition basics, how to make sure you are fuelling yourself correctly and nourishing your body, and will give you great tips and ideas on how to meal prep and batch-cook.

 

Module 2: Smart Training for Active Women (April)

Learn how to fuel your body for performance and prioritise recovery to avoid RED-S

Module 3: Tracking Your Cycle (May)

Learn to accurately track your cycle and understand the basics of how to prioritise your hormonal health.

Module 4: Stress Management & Sleep (June)

Learn practical tools to help manage stress, prioritise sleep and feel more resilient

Module 5: Staying Consistent Over the Summer (July)

Tips on how to stay consistent with your training, movement and healthy habits over the summer months. With bonus access to on-demand workouts and a bodyweight/banded workout plan
